Job Description

Be a strategic business partner and manage Financial and Customer
Service activities for team of 8-10 front line performers. You will be
the focal point of communication and relationship building with internal and
external Pepsi business partners. To drive success, you will be lead a group of professional-level individuals who are committed to delivering expected cash flow objectives, best in class customer service through building business partnerships, improving productivity by streamlining business processes to increase efficiencies, and minimizing exceptions via
trend analysis and strategic planning. You will lead and support internal
projects integrating process, technology, automation and analysis to drive Annual Operating
Plan (AOP) wins.


Required Qualifications:

  • Four-year degree or comparable business experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Minimum of 3 years financial services management/responsibility
Preferred Job Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in AR or Financial Operations Management
  2. A very high level of proficiency with Microsoft Applications ( e.g. Advanced Excel and Power Point)
  3. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface with multiple levels of internal and external business partners
  5. Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to lead, manage and complete multiple concurrent projects involving multiple stakeholders
  6. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  7. Proven motivator and goal oriented team leader
  8. Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to uncover subtle opportunities, assess materiality, exposure and to implement creative solutions
