Functional Description:
Finance Managers at PepsiCo are challenged to think both strategically and analytically, while engaging cross-functional partners to provide comprehensive recommendations to solve critical business problems. PepsiCo Finance partners have a seat at a table, and a voice in the conversation across the company. Successful finance professionals gain a foundation of the functional and organizational skills needed to contribute to these conversations as they rotate through different teams over the course of their career.

The position works with various finance partners and is responsible for developing financial insights and accountable for our Frito-Lay business. This position has no direct reports but collaborates with others, at all levels, throughout the organization.

  • Provide insights on business results to Finance leadership
  • Collaborate with senior leaders in identifying and solving strategic issues, including development of strategic initiative analysis and recommendations for sustainable growth
  • Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) / Quarterly Business Plan (QBP) development, including data analysis, recommendations, and deck preparation
  • Partner with teams to provide forecasting and analysis

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum Qualifications - Each candidate is expected to:

  • MBA required
  • 5+ years working experience in FMCG preferred
  • Require minimal supervision and is a self-starter that pays attention to detail
  • Excel, essbase and PowerPoint proficiency; familiarity with MS Access, General Ledger, and FGC a plus
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence others
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly & maintain flexibility with regard to ad hoc projects, revisions to areas of responsibility, and organizational change
  • Be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future work authorization or visa sponsorship for employment
