Demand Xcelerator is a team that represents a transformation of Shopper Insights, Shopper Marketing, Category Leadership, and Space Engineering resources to support Sales and Marketing plans for enterprise, national, and regional customers across the PepsiCo portfolio. This approach allows us to build best-in-class capabilities, develop deep functional expertise, and offer focused programs to drive growth with our customers. The Demand Xcelerator will help PepsiCo provide our customers cutting edge data and insights, as well as, personalized solutions to drive incremental growth for both our customers and PepsiCo.

Great opportunity within PepsiCo’s Demand Xcelerator to join a PepsiCo Customer Team supporting the Category Leadership agenda. This role will lead Insights and Category support on the PepsiCo CVS Category Leadership team across the entire PepsiCo Beverages and Snacks portfolio. The primary objectives of this role are to drive accelerated growth, market share gains, and elevated customer partnership through the development of actionable Shopper and Customer Insights.

  • Provide analytics and insights to support PepsiCo AOP planning, the National JAG process, and Internal Business Reviews
  • Conduct CVS Shopper based and Category Decomps to identify the most critical ‘problems to solve’ and identify growth opportunities
  • Lead Shopper Marketing PPA process for CVS, including our PepsiCo Better Together programming
  • Educate selling teams on current trends and insights relevant to future growth and development
  • Develop, maintain and communicate performance via reporting tracking tools
  • Lead administrator on CVS Shopper data platform and other major data initiatives
  • The role will have 1 direct report

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA degree preferred
  • 5-10 years' experience across CPG and Category Management
  • Prior People Management Experience Preferred
  • Proficiency in shopper data and analytics
  • Need thorough understanding of IRI/Nielsen syndicated data, HH panel, ShoperSights,etc
  • Well versed in Microsoft suite of products, Excel/PowerPoint
  • Comfortable and desiring to present at the Senior Executive Level
  • Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multi-task
  • Strong project management skills, ability to thrive in a matrix environment
  • Creativity and strategy skills
  • Persuasive leadership and influencing skills
  • Business relationship management
  • Strong organization and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical, data analysis, problem solving, and storytelling experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
