Pepsi Beverages Company (PBC) is PepsiCo's beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States, Canada and Mexico. This position will be part of the CCTO - National Retail Sales Organization.

The Customer Management Sr Account Manager position is responsible for Customer management for the Gatorade, Tropicana, Naked Juice/Izze, and Quaker Foods Divisions of PepsiCo for the BJ's Wholesale Club Account.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pepsi America Beverages (+$60MM shipped Net Revenue)

  • Responsible to conduct category reviews with buyers on monthly basis to establish optimal brand / pack assortment and to identify and develop strategies that keep pace with changing category trends
  • Manage the day to day communication to the warehouse team/sales planner on all promotional, pricing, accruals, and expenses that would impact the P&L
  • Manage trade spend budgets to plan levels and maintain close alignment with Gatorade and Tropicana finance teams
  • Lead the JBP process for the beverage business.
Quaker Foods (QFS $26MM in Shipped Net Revenue)
  • Responsible to conduct category reviews with buyers on monthly basis to establish optimal brand / pack assortment and to identify and develop strategies that keep pace with changing

  • Lead the JBP process for Quaker Business
  • Manage BJ’s QFS trade spend budgets to plan level and keep close alignment with QFS Finance
  • Job location based in Foxboro, MA and will be based at the PepsiCo Sales Office

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications / Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales & customer management; experience with a consumer packaged goods organization preferred
  • Solid command of financials including P&L impact of sales decisions
  • Focused leader with the ability to effectively achieve goals in a matrixed organization
  • Previous people management experience preferred
  • Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, time management and follow up skills
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Solid understanding of financials including P&L impact of sales decision
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
