You know how to optimize Social to boost eComm sales? And you would be excited to manage the Social campaigns of Doritos, Quaker, Pepsi, Lays, Duyvis, 7Up,…to name a few? We want you!

Our fast-growing Digital Team is looking for a creative & ambitious Social Master who can deliver excellence in our Social Media Channels, Adspend & Content Assets Management, bring solid added value to our retail & online business & ensure the strongest reputation for our brands.

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensure best-in class Management of our 35 social media channels in the Netherlands
  • Lead the optimization of our Social Media assets for Max ROI & performance
  • Creative social agency management: defining expectations on deliverables & social strategies & ensuring perfect execution within budget
  • Defining Best Paid Social Media Strategy & KPI’s, to ensure max impact on business & Media Performance, including alignment with the Digital Team & our media agency
  • Management of our social partners (Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat,…) strategic partnerships
  • Aligning strategy & content with the brand managers and analyze/share learnings of campaign-results
  • Getting approvals for our social content from LT stakeholders (Commercial Directors & Corporate Comm’s Director)
  • Responsible for best-in class use of our Social Tools & trainings
  • Responsible for best in class conversation management on all of our channels
  • Sensitive for prevention of social crisis situations by on-time escalating to Corp Comms/Commercial Directors
  • Close connection to the Corp Comms director & the Consumer Services team to ensure proper replies to product related questions and comments of ideological groups.
  • Managing a Community Management intern

Qualifications/Requirements

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Min. 2-3 years of experience in Social Media Management
  • In-deth experience of Social Media Channels, Social Advertising & Performance, Social Platforms partnerships, Social Tools, Crisis Management on Social Platforms & Social Advertising Formats + KPI’s
  • Ideally Blueprint certified
  • Strong curiosity on all Social innovations & vision on Social Media evolution
  • Creative, Problem-solver & Organized
  • Capacity to explain with passion Social Media developments to non-social specialists
  • Strategic mind & strong stakeholders management skills
  • Native Dutch speaker & perfect knowledge of English
