Job Description

Purpose:
Support the CASA business strategy and lead transformation journey to raise the capability level across the system, including process and program/project management excellence as well as partnership with the cross-functional heads.


Functionally, to deliver value through defining a common agenda, priorities, vision and strategy for Transformation, aligning the Sr. Multi functional Stakeholders and challenging when needed while assuring an execution across OUs with key relevant business and functional KPIs being agile & simplifying.

Accountabilities:

  • Support and coordinate the BT Master Plan build-up, building blocks, conversion of algorithm impact and key stakeholder alignment to define the best from-to by CU and country with the systems impac t

  • Develop vision, purpose, and direction for People Management (Career & Training) of the function .

  • Assure Agile Master Plan execution and sustainability with key elements to convert in Transformation and support Agily Maturity Assessment

  • Demonstrate strong leadership and influence management skills, including the ability to challenge the status quo

  • Maintain an external mindset, including staying on top of consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic / geopolitical trends

  • Contribute to the capabilities build-up of the BTO and the College Training Plan for Agile CASA

  • Support BT PSP/AOP best practices

  • Lead scorecard, KPIs and assures Transf Portfolio Process & Program Management in each OU.


Strategy and Portfolio

  • Support and coordinate the BT Master Plan build-up, building blocks, conversion of algorithm impact and key stakeholder alignment to define the best from-to by CU and country with the systems impac t

  • Provide thought partnership to the BT Leader and CASA ExComm, supporting with the necessary input related to operating model or processes needs to achieve the defined strategy for CASA (landed on the PSP or AOP transformational agenda)

  • Assure the planning process (PSP/AOP) together with the CASA BT leader to land the strategy into potential transformational solutions needed to achieve long-term CASA goals.


Core and New Capabilities

  • Contribute to the College Training Plan for Agile and functional training

  • Support the diagnostics to detect gaps and propose processes improvements following the guidelines established by the LATAM COE and POM.

  • Lead and support the building of detailed procedural documentation, including process maps, roles and responsibilities definitions and business cases based on the annual priorities defined.

  • Oversee the processes performance commitments included on the annual transformation agenda guaranteeing the fulfillment of the use of methodologies and tools defined by the LATAM COE.

  • Proactively advise and recommend innovative solutions to improve the performance of the organization.

  • Lead the actions to increase CASA processes maturity level based on targets.


Program and Project Management

  • Manage the program(s) or project(s) within CASA on a day-to-day basis to guarantee time, budget and scope fulfilment. When playing this role, is responsible for the continuous monitoring of the program and project performance, identification of issues, risks and key decisions that could impact the program or project delivery.

  • Oversee (or support as needed) the construction of the project plans for each transformational initiative or processes improvements efforts defined.

  • Monitor Value realization of the appointed projects or programs and support the resolution of gaps to guarantee fulfillment.


Change Management

  • Influence & Guide business leaders and organization employees during the transformation journey to facilitate changes adoption, capabilities creation and goals achievement.

  • Foster a Change Culture in the organization to facilitate transformation.

  • Challenge business leaders and organization employees to generate better transformational efforts that enable our Destino #1

  • Support CASA transformation toward managed by process company, through planning and operating projects/programs that challenges the current status Quo with world class best practices, trends and foresights.

  • Support the company strategy through development of the EPM capabilities and accelerate the “working by process” capability through a continuous training, awareness and communication campaign.



Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineer/ Business Administration desirable Masters degree
  • 10+ years experience in Strategy role/implementing processes/Program/Project Management
  • Certified in Scrum methodology or SAFe required. Ideal ICA certified coach
  • Having actively participated in the development of AOP in some BU
  • Strong analytical background, with an ability to analyze complex problems to find actionable, pragmatic solutions.
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
