Role:
-Responsible for brand’s communication ,activation and partnership growth initiatives in Mainland China according to overall brand strategic plan and AOP plan.

Accountabilities:
-Plan, align, execute and review communication and activation campaign of Gatorade brand to ensure efficient and effective campaign delivery to drive both long term brand equity and short term brand excitement and volume.
-Serve as key person to collect, analyze and align business performance on regular basis to monitor overall business performance by working closely with cross function teams
-Lead assigned projects or tasks and work closely with cross functional team o deliver aligned business result
-Effectively drive alignment with bottler team for trade and channel activation plan field implementation
-Lead overall brand budgeting, closely align with finance to ensure proper reconciliation

-Brand and media KPIs

-Franchise team
-Operation, Finance and other cross functional teams
-Insights team (consumer and shopper)
-Trade Marketing and Sales Department
-Advertising / design / promotion / BTL agencies/sports federation e.g.NBA
-PBB

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements:
-Excellent Knowledge (especially in sports area) of Marketing processes and systems (Brand Development, Consumer / Trade promotion, Advertising & Creative, Brand P & L Management, Value & Pricing Management, Trade Marketing, Packaging, -Media Planning / Development)
-Demonstrated success in developing and deploying national marketing programs to achieve both equity and volume growth
-Ability to develop creative and cut-through marketing campaigns across channels and medium to achieve brand objectives
-Sports marketing experience
-Team player with flexibility to assess situations and issues from different angles;
-Exceptionally strong at communications and creative engagement
-Sound Knowledge of beverage business fundamentals and franchise model
-Good knowledge of Consumer Insights / Market research
-High degree of Planning and Execution Skills
-Strong Communication, analytical and influencing skills
