Job Description

This role has evolved into end to end management of issues related to both product and process quality for the Arlington Concentrate Plant. This role requires close collaboration with vendors and DCs to resolve complaints and non-conformances as well as the ability to document and track issues for root cause analysis and plant-wide communication of trends and hot-spots.

  • Management of vendor non-conformances and closures (PGCS KPI)
  • Root cause analysis – Lead FMEA sessions to improve productivity and quality
  • Corrective action development and implementation
  • Preventative action development and implementation – manufacturing processes
  • Internal non-conformance tracking and closure – reduce exposure related to expiration of raw materials and finished goods
  • Collaboration with vendors for process improvement – condition of materials to increase plant productivity
  • Collaboration with Support Center for issues related to vendors and raw materials
  • Provide Quality support for Mexico DC


  • BS/BA required
  • 5+ years of Quality experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Self-Motivated individual with strong Quality Systems experience
  • Experience with AIB style auditing desired
  • Ability to communicate clearly to vendors in order to define and manage expectations
  • SAP knowledge to manage material movements and create reports
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and procedures
  • Familiarity with global standards and procedures
  • This is a first shift position, but the individual must be flexible to work different hours occasionally
