Then you might be are new Maintenance Manager. Within this position you will be a critical part of the Plant Management Team (PMT). You will report directly to the Manufacturing Director Snacks NL.

You will be accountable for the Maintenance and Environmental Sustainability agenda of two sites: Broek op Langedijk (Lay's factory) and Zaandam (Duyvis factory). Using Lean Leadership, you will play a key role in developing and delivering the sites Maintenance & Sustainability strategy. Together with your team you will lead the Maintenance and Sustainability execution agenda. You will ensure that the strategy is safely, effectively and efficiently embraced and implemented.

You will be working alongside the Manufacturing Director to lead the Maintenance and Sustainability Annual Operating Plan. You will drive a cultural shift towards a “100% reliability” performance mindset. We’ll be looking to you to lead reliability performance improvements and deliver Maintenance legal compliance.

You will lead the PepsiCo European Maintenance Methodology (PEMM) programme for both sites. By doing so you ensure delivery against internal and external standards and performance targets. You will be an active leader of the acceleration of Lean behaviours and systems, using the principles of QCDM to extend and improve Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis within the your teams.

You will maintain strong links and contacts with all PepsiCo colleagues (i.e. European Engineering & Maintenance organization) and external agencies as required. You will also be an active project sponsor or lead in all capital related projects within both sites.

Qualifications/Requirements

Your profile

  • Graduate level of education in the field of Engineering or Maintenance
  • 5+ years of Engineering or Maintenance experience in a relevant industry, preferably FMCG
  • Have a track record of successfully nurturing and developing talent
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Most of all you are a lean leader who delivers through and with your team
