Job Description

This position reports to Senior Treasury Manager, Capital Markets and is responsible for assisting the Senior Treasury Manager, Capital Markets with:

  • Execution of PepsiCo short term borrowings and investment of excess cash
  • Management of short term cash forecast
  • Formulation of strategies for short term borrowings and investments of excess cash
  • Publishing daily and periodic position reports to senior management
  • Updating investment counterparty data supporting the monthly risk committee review of global counterparty exposures
  • Ensuring compliance on SOX, Operations controls and other regulatory areas
  • Peer benchmarking on various capital structure areas
  • Management of Capital Markets budget, including fee tracking and invoice review
  • Managing ad hoc projects, including financial analysis
This role will interact closely with other Treasury team members including the Cash Operations and International function, other Corporate Finance function including Corporate Control and Tax as well as external banking partners.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Finance.
  • 2+ year of experience in Corporate Treasury/finance function, banking or financial consulting
  • PowerPoint and Excel skills required including experience with Vlookup and Pivot tables
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • CFA (or progress towards) is viewed favorably
  • Experience with Bloomberg, Quantum, ReVal or Hyperion Financial Management a plus
  • Demonstrated leadership behaviors:
    • Drive for results and management of multiple priorities
    • Team oriented and track record of collaboration across functional teams
    • Excellent communication skills
