Job Description

Profile: Customer Executive TT

  • Gross Revenue Premium (Specific to CE specific per category)
  • Cooler productivity - % coolers meeting Hurdle rate - data source DW
  • Specific Trade Spends for Bev, Foods, Premium as per AOP
  • Drive Execution KPIs Green call, Edge score & SKU addition as per the target
  • Meet agreed distribution & value targets for defined NPDs
  • Drive a culture of cadence through accountability by driving Structured Gate meeting
  • Conduct 10 PSR Learning Every Saturday training sessions per annum [Metric: as reported in Sales Capability online records]
  • Coach the PSR with 16 W*W per month [Metrics: i-execute/ Blue Book Record]
  • Attend 4 man-days of training basis IDP basis FPD, Competency Assessment as discussed with Manager [Metric: 2 Sales functional, 2 leadership]

Qualifications/Requirements

Education & Experience:
Any Graduate with 3-4 years of experience in Sales or Marketing ( TT or MT)
Analytical Skill
Drive for Results
