- Key member of the China Finance Leadership team who will play a critical role in determining how the function will operate in the future
- Partner with Greater China Region CFO to define, develop and execute the Finance transformation agenda
- Reimagine, harmonize and drive automation across finance processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify productivity opportunities, aligning with finance stakeholders across the Region
- Drive execution of transformation agenda, manage progress of initiatives, and communicate/clear roadblocks
- Measure and report out on results and value realization of transformation projects across the region

- Lead finance function transformation agenda and process from design to execution
- Develop deep end-to-end knowledge of finance processes to identify opportunities to optimize, standardize and automate
- Partner with Sector Transformation Lead on AMENA-wide transformation ideas, ensuring that they meet the needs of China
- Evaluate and develop business case for transformation initiatives
- Align senior stakeholders across China and Sector on proposed initiatives and productivity opportunities, securing required investments to fund initiatives
- Drive execution of transformation agenda, collaborating with stakeholders across the region to deliver results
- Act as PMO (Program Management Office) for all China transformation initiatives, ensuring proper governance around the program and detailed tracking of costs and benefits, with regular report- out to senior stakeholders
- Create a hopper for new initiatives to continue the transformation journey. Lead the process by interacting with the key stakeholders to scope and align on pipeline of ideas

- At least 8-10 years of progressive finance and/or strategy experience
1.At least 8-10 years of experience in Finance, with extensive knowledge of planning processes across FP&A, Commercial finance, Supply Chain finance
2.Progressive experience, with strong record of critical experiences and career development
3.Strategy / Consulting experience a plus
