Job Description


The role is the driving force behind leading and executing the BNL Soc Bev Mkt agenda within a FOBO (NL) and COSO (BE) environment. Full leadership and ownership of Mkt Calendar and A&M whilst ensuring strong alignment with WESA Team, Commercial Director, Vrumona (our bottler in NL) and Commercial Organisation in BE. On top strong external governance is required (agencies, partners,…).

• Responsible for execution of plan to achieve AOP target, leveraging category materials (comms & innovation)
• Execute outstanding marketing calendar that covers full demand journey from consumer to shopper, adapt and course correct to local business, market, media & customer conditions.
• Manage local refresh NPD’s and media planning and execution
• Represent BU Marketing in relevant Connectivity calls with Category team
• Securing strong cooperation between PepsiCo and Vrumona Marketing Departments


Strategy Deployment:
• Work with Commercial Director to ensure BU is focused & engaged against key strategic priorities
Marketing Plan AOP:
• Execution of local marketing (consumer & shopper) calendar, mainly deploying Category Comms & Innovation for the BU
• Manage local execution / refresh / customer specific promotions /through the steps/gate (accolade) process
• Execution of efficient & effective media plan and marketing budget, maximising working spend
• Responsibility for appropriate performance tracking & course correction for Brand Health, Comms & Media plan

Customer / Shopper Engagement:
• Delivery of customer engagement through compelling plans, local customer activation as appropriate
Consumer Engagement:
• Gather locally relevant consumer and shopper insights, that can input strategic agenda of BU
• Ensure all NPD / packaging / comms (IMC) / digital are locally relevant. Manage process to ensure all changes are delivered on time, this includes local briefs & agency management
• Collaborate productively with Vrumona; being the key contact for Vrumona Marketing Team (Marketing Director) and attend key commercial meeting forums (QBR, COOP)
