Role:
- Drive sales and deliver business target by planning sales activation, mainly focusing on on-line sales, such as T-mall flag store, T-mall super, JD, etc.


Accountabilities:
- Support to define channel strategy with portfolio and pack/price opportunity
- Optimize e-Comm business model and develop customers, balancing customer needs, supply chain complexity, TP capabilities
- Drive joint business plan with key e-Comm customers and discipline KPI tracking and operating reviews
- Monitor TPs to solve daily operational problems and lead KPI tracking and operating reviews
- Set up flagship store for specific brand / category and lead store operation to deliver sales target
- Control investment to TPs and drive year-on-year productivities
- Stay current/ahead with industry trend and contribute to organization understanding of e-Comm

Measurements:
- Understand and master imports business model in 30 days;
- Independently lead operation of TPs to deliver smooth process in 60 days;
- Contribute to the business and deliver monthly sales target in 90 days;
- Optimize portfolio and process and build up strong network with TPs and customers to drive sustainable growth in 1st year;

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements:
- College degree, at least 3 years working experience in e-commerce or trade marketing or key account ;
- Familiar with MT key players/ e-commerce customers in the market
- Strong experience of flag store management is preferred;
- Business oriented as self owned;
- Great written and vocal English;
- Good business sense;
- Fast learning skill with strong growth mindset
- Great communicate skills to drive others accountable and capable of solving problem independently;
- Good Excel & Word skills;
- Be detail, careful, patience and have high sense of responsibility;
