Transformation Assoc Analyst
Working as part of the transformation and productivity CoE in non-ops area, reports into Turkey Business Transformation Lead for 6 months
Program management governance for Turkey Non-ops project portfolio:
working closely with Non Ops Functions to ensure the delivery of their overall LSS program
launching project teams (projects are already selected for 2019)
tracking project status and results, elevating project barriers
represent Turkey LSS program at Sector non-ops LSS information sharing platforms
Support analyses for Black Belt project (Portfolio Optimization) reporting to the Project Leader
Support TPO Project Leader on his functional project agenda
Conduct one Kaizen or Green Belt project to deliver productivity for Turkey BU
The role provides a critical cross-functional experience and an opportunity to accelerate personal growth on areas of importance for emerging leaders.
Despite this position is a maternity cover until July 2019, as a significant investment will be made in individual capability, the candidate might be reviewed for permanent positions in the organization (depending on performance and potential).
Strong portfolio management skills to co-ordinate projects across multiple functions.
Ability to communicate with and drive engagement on agenda with multiple stakeholders
The ability to carry out technical/ analytical assessments, and use the outcome to transform cost areas
Must be a results-oriented 'change agent' who is an effective business systems thinker.
Proficiency in English and Turkish (local language).
Preferred: LSS certification as Kaizen or Green Belt. Yet, for the candidates not holding an LSS certification we will invest in training as Kaizen and consequently as a Green Belt.
