Job Description

In general You will:

  • Contribute to development and execution of Annual Marketing Plans for PEPSI TM based on brand strategy to drive effectively Beverages business results: volume, value, brand Equity KPI’s;
  • Develop, align and execute entrusted marketing activations (360 communication, promotions, new product launch, etc.) in collaboration with internal clients (Regional Mkt Team, Trade Marketing, Sales, Operations) and external partners (media house, advertising & digital agencies)
  • Manage dedicated budgets and optimize ROI effectiveness of marketing spending
  • Analyze Consumer and Market data to develop business recommendations
  • Develop self in terms of business and marketing capabilities


Our expectations:

  • University degree (Marketing / Management degree is an advantage)
  • Min. 1 year of marketing experience (in a FMCG company/ advertising agency/research agency)
  • Experience with business processes: conducting marketing and advertising activities; planning of sales, budget control;
  • Strong leadership skills (self-starter, independent, self-motivated, disciplined)
  • Collaboration skills (ability to collaborate effectively across levels and functions)
  • Analytical thinking (ability to combine data from multiple sources, set priorities, analyze in structured way and come up with logical conclusions)
  • Ability to plan work and manage multiple priorities
  • Flexibility to adopt to a changing business environment
  • Passion for learning and development
  • Fluent English, Polish and MS Office tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Additional advantage: understanding of Nielsen methodology
