Job Description

Main Accountabilities:

  • Own and lead Juices Innovation and Change governance process for integrated Business Unit in BUCCA (CIS)
  • Responsible for integrated Juices Innovation and Change calendar for 10 markets, ensuring synergies and leverage across Business Unit, highlighting risks, managing complexity & driving x-category country trade-offs.
  • Manage NPD meetings for BUCCA. Partner with project teams to decide & embed the appropriate behaviors required to successfully set and lead Juices agenda
  • commercialize Region Commercialization team to ensure a smooth project handover
  • Systematically set & measure Juices performance vs. KPIs (business & process) to drive change & continuous improvement eg project numbers, attrition rate, pipeline size, performance vs Stage Gate business case etc..
  • Ensure Commercialization team provide gold standard project management of key projects

Qualifications/Requirements

Functional competencies required:

  • 10+ years experience with international FMCG companies
  • Proven results and critical experiences in managing complex commercial agenda
  • Ability to deliver significant business change within a fast-paced X-functional, matrix environment
  • Deep operating knowledge of how to commercialise scale innovation (incl Stage Gate management)
  • Financial savvy
  • Proven commercial project management skills
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills and/or commercial supply chain experience
  • Fluent English
