The Shopper Marketing Senior Analyst will be responsible for all Starbucks coffee programs across some of our most strategically crucial customers: 7 Eleven, Albertson’s, Dollar General, Kroger, and Target. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced, organizationally complex environment to lead the development and execution of shopper marketing programming to drive Starbucks growth (volume, sales, share) and brand equity across the ambient and chilled portfolio of products.

This role leads shopper program concepting and execution to engage and convert shoppers through programs that combine retailer-specific dynamics and national brand marketing plans, encompassing digital media, in-store merchandising, sampling, and point of sale. The senior analyst will lead concept briefing with our principal agency and co-develop programs with the customer shopper marketing, customer sales, and brand marketing commercial teams.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree
  • A minimum of 5 years prior Marketing experience
  • Strong Project Management experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholders
  • Experience working within a matrixed organization & negotiating win-win compromise
  • Prior experience leveraging consumer insights to develop effective marketing programs and campaigns
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Proficiency with IRI syndicated data suite preferred
