Job Description

  • Liaise with Regional Sales Operations Manager to agree and prioritize targets
  • Execute agreed outlet coverage and priorities in-call
  • Monitor, analyse and report on TT performance – integrate key learnings into future plans
  • Monitor and lead TT Market Growth through Business Development Managers
  • Deliver specific distribution, pricing, promotion and merchandising objectives in line with POP vision
  • Execute specific “push” and “pull” initiatives as directed
  • Identify and achieve new placement opportunities
  • Ensure smooth outlet management with team
  • Completion of all planning and administration for area of responsibility
  • Liaison with POP contractors
  • Train, develop, motivate, direct sales team of Sales Reps & FLSL’s and Business Development Managers
  • Control of POP


  • Degree or equivalent industry experience and accreditation
  • Financial acumen
  • Computer literacy
Job related Requirements:
  • 5-7yrs selling exp (retail/FMCG)
  • 2-3 Years Management Experience
  • Negotiation Skills
