•Calculate and pay salary and benefits
•Be responsible for social insurance, housing insurance, commercial insurance and flexible benefit
•Support ERC AOP, ERC rolling forecast, focal and make advise on actual ERC cost and control
•Provide local C&B data analysis report
•Support HR manager to work closely with HQ C&B team and implement compensation and benefit strategy, policies and structures to ensure the rationality of C&B system from the perspective of internal and external environments
•Be in charge of pay/benefits communication, answer the questions for local employees on C&B policies, process
•File Management. Prepare, collect and keep all personnel related files updated in line with legal and/or company requirements.
•Be in charge of employees’ on-board and leaving process.
•Support payroll administration and policy/contract administration as required
•Draft & update monthly reports on recruitment status, turnover, training logs, etc.
•Keep active official communication channel
•Organize regular team activities(annual dinner , outing)
•Assist Local HRM and SDTs with local training program
•Quickly analyses complex problems to find actionable, pragmatic solutions
