Food Service Sr. Manager

Accountabilities
  • Develop annual customer AOP / SBP, setting volume and revenue targets; alignment on Marketing solutions for all Assigned accounts
  • Leverage leadership skills to ensure Total system alignment into Account Plans
  • Conduct quarterly Customer Business reviews, joint business planning and annual Top to Top meetings.
  • Manage assigned account contracts across the Region worth an annual revenue
  • Ensure Regional and Local Insights and best practices are presented / shared with assigned Customers to support Customers business growth.
  • Ensure Strong PepsiCo Brand marketing campaigns and programs are executed in Key Markets leveraging Local contract benefits
  • Execute &Track joint promotional initiatives, measuring business impact & sharing results to capitalize lift and shift opportunities
  • Work with local PepsiCo to manage Account support (Commercial agreements based) to ensure contract compliance.
  • Develop winning relationships with internal and external stakeholders (ie: marketing teams, distributors) in addition to key account corporate teams and their Franchisees.
  • Leads & collaborates with regional and BU’s finance teams to analyze current customer agreements while developing new competitive business proposals (according to country parameters) securing the account renewals while maintaining positive P&L.
  • Conducts Quarterly business reviews with assigned customers sharing business performance, Post audit promotional activities, business issues and recommendations
  • Based on Consumer insights & Market trends defines Innovation strategy per customer and provides direction to Innovation Mgr for the development of new products.

Key Skills/Experience Required
  • Senior Executive Level with 5- 10 years of Food Service experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree on Business Administration or equivalent
  • Strong background on Managing Global Customers
  • Proven AOP customer planning and achievements
  • Comprehensive analytical skills to fast understand business issues / situations to develop effective business alternatives.
  • Team leadership skills to influence Customers / Partners into plans & programs
  • Best Practice transferring expertise
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to top level executives
