What you'll do:

As a Contract Manufacturing Specialist you will be responsible to support selection, development and management of all Co-manufacturers for Mexico market. Also you will provide data to cross-regional sourcing strategy for LATAM with primary focus in Pepsi Mexico Foods to support growth, innovation of all brands and outsourcing initiatives defined in annual operating plans: spend, cost, net, revenue, volumes, presentations and infor record documentation.
This role is expected to support and develop new projects for innovation in the area.

Roles & Responsibilities May Include:

  • You will ensure all meaningful internal partners are aligned with Contract Manufacturing.
  • Jointly with Contract Manufacturing Manager, ensure continuity and quality of supply through following with discipline on governance Contract Manufacturing model.
  • Follow-up tracking of co-manufacturer requirements, working with functional teams from PepsiCo (Finance, Stage Gate, Marketing, R&D, Quality, Legal, Regulatory and Logistics).
  • Update databases for costs negotiated by Contract Manufacturing Managers.
  • Keep capacities updated and fill rate records with co-man according to supply chain requirements.
  • Register and Monitor validity terms of contracts for Co-Manufacturers via the support of Legal team.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor in Business or Engineering
  • 3+ years additional experience in Plant, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement.
  • Project Management Knowledge
  • Preferred expertise in SAP, EXCEL and other Microsoft Suites Tools

Skills:

  • Work jointly in the region to implement standard methodologies and cross regional solutions.
  • Ability to define business problems and frameworks, and discern what is significant.
  • Your ability and passion for creative, out of the box thinking to develop and vet solutions for the business, as well as a willingness to question the status quo and generally accepted beliefs.
  • Ambitious, high energy individual who can easily function in a high demand, goal-oriented environment
