Job Description

The Senior Manager of Data Protection and EGRC Technologies is responsible for defining and driving the enterprise Data Protection program transformation as well as the roadmap for our EGRC systems toolset (currently Archer EGRC). These program roadmaps consider the people, process and technologies required to support our enterprise cyber security strategy.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Managing 8-10 EGRC and Data Protection team members plus contractors
  • Detailing and leading the execution of roadmap activities required to support the program strategies
  • Assisting in the development of annual operating plan (AOP) and capital plan (CapEx) estimates
  • Collaborating with Security Engineering in the selection and deployment of specific Data Protection technologies
  • Collaborating with Information Security Training and Awareness team for development and rollout of general and role-based training
  • Collaborating with Information Security Risk and Performance team for enhancement of Data Protection and EGRC metrics and analytics
  • Managing day to day engagement and communication with key vendor partners of Data Protection and EGRC solutions
  • Maintaining and enhancing Data Protection engagement model with business partners including Legal, HR, Compliance, and others
  • Partnering with Cybersecurity Incident Response organization as necessary to support investigations and incidents

Key partners to this role include but are not limited to: all Global Information Security teams, Controller, Legal, Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Enterprise Project Management Office, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).

Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or other STEM equivalent required
Required Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years overall IT Infrastructure experience preferably within Information Security, IT Audit or Controls
  • 5+ years of recent information security experience.
  • Familiarity with enterprise EGRC solutions (in particular Archer EGRC)
  • Experience leading teams (onsite & virtual) as well as working in a global environment
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Self-starter who demonstrates leadership skills and takes initiative
  • Willing/"can do" attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across multiple organizations, sectors and teams in a dynamic work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience leading teams and functional experience with Data Protection technologies (in particular Symantec DLP)
  • Project Management experience a plus
  • Security certification such as CISSP, CISA, CISM is a plus, but not required
