Commercial Manager DTS

Main Purpose

Develop and Coordinate all the activities that improve customer intimacy (WCCE) per Channels, also Coordinate an specialist reporting area for BU/ Channels Initiatives follow up. Also responsible of Channel connections and integrator of all channel initiatives.

Main responsibilities

• Responsible and point person for Channel leaders.
• Develop and Coordinate all the activities that improve customer intimacy per Channels.
• Coordinate an specialist reporting area for BU/ Channels Initiatives follow up.
• Total Channel initiatives integrator.
• Coordinate and execute WCCE process across Channels.
• Develop strategy for A&M Sales Budget.
• Design score cards and reports to provide visbility about BU Initiatives.
• Develop Trade Marketing strategy based on Customer/Channel priorities.
• Design an information program based on Innovation KPIs.
• Lead WCCE Sessions (Discovery & Big Bets) with main Customers across Channels.

Experience and profile
  • Background in Sales Development, Key Account Manager / Sales Execution Manager, Brand Manager
  • Experience in FMCG sector.
  • Skills for developing succesfull teams.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Fluent English is a most
