Job Description

NKA assortment and ACB development:
1. CORE assortment development in each NKA – listing, ACB growth, regional expansion
2. NPD launch support
3. Assortment projects (exclusive SKUs, casecount reduction, etc) leadership

4. Analitics:
5. Client oriented Selling stories preparation
6. Deep category analysis and category reviews for sales team/customers on regular basis and on request
7. Using all report types to provide valuable information and satisfy all the category requests from clients or sales team
8. Constant search for Innovations and new ways of category development


9. Communication:

10. Proactive interaction with customer sales teams, marketing, commercialization and other internal departments

Sales team everyday support

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Both result-oriented and project leading person
  • Strong communication skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Proactive approach
  • English - minimum intermediate (reading/writing)
  • Excellent Excel and Power Point user
  • Experience in Sales, Marketing analytics or Trade marketing not less than 2 years
  • Experience in CatMan preferable
  • ​Nielsen Database user preferable
