Job Description

A critical role within Revenue Strategy to drive BU NR growth agenda, support NRR and value share objectives as well as Margins and Profit targets delivery through:

  • Lead promo spend strategy development as well as promo optimization strategies & actions were possible
  • Driving trade spend efficiency agenda:
  • support development of promo guidelines;
  • lead the assessment performance process of recent promotion by channel/key clients, brands/subcategories, mechanics, depth and duration;
  • work out the tolls to: evaluate promotions prior to implementation and post evaluation through KPIs tracking / reporting (ROI, VSOP%, promo duration etc.). Update the information used in the tools on the regular basis;
  • provide the insight into the trade budget spend effectiveness and propose action plan to improve it.
  • Actively participating in reviewing trade terms strategy and financial effectiveness of CDA spend to develop guidelines (allocation of budgets and drivers of CDA levels) and recommendations for change
  • Decision support for tactical pricing, discounts (CDAs & variable promotional discounts) efficiency & net revenue targets within PSP, ACP/AOP & iS&OP cycle.
  • Upgrade the level and quality of information the Dairy Category has about the competition
  • Drive the partnership between Category, Sales Execution, Insights and Sales Finance to translate Dairy price, mix, promotions and trade spent strategies into the action plans


  • Higher Education - obligatory
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Advanced modeling skills: Big Data; SQL; Tableau; VBA
  • 4+ years working experience in Finance, Sales, Trade marketing or Insights
  • Experience of working in Pricing or Revenue Management in FMCG – desirable
  • CIMA, ACCA or similar qualification– desirable
Strong Analytical (ability to review complex data), Interpersonal and Communication skills
