Job Description


  • Lead Transport Operation Initiative Projects according to SBP/AOP Plan to achieve optimum Logistics Costs and High Service Level
  • Drive Transport Standardization to achieve On Time Delivery and ensure safety policy is in place
  • Coach and advice SAP-WMS related OTC and GTMS system on technical and fundamental to Transport team (PI and 3PL)
  • Lead Transport team & 3PL operations improvement program to reach business objectives and requirements
  • Lead Transport KPI monitoring to ensure Transport Operation efficiency in line with Business requirement.
  1. Freight and Distribution Costs and Productivity Saving
  2. Transport Improvement Projects
  3. GCS Control
  4. SAP-WMS related OTC & GTMS
  5. Mentoring team and build people Capability
  6. Cross-functional team management along Supply Chain (Manufacturing, Agro, Sales, 3PL, etc.)



  • Bachelor degree in related fields
  • At least 5-7 years in Warehouses and Transportation Management
  • At least 5 years in managing 3PL and front-line DC mgt.
  • At least 2-3 years in our FMCG or Snacks Business
  • Experience in change management
  • Able to travel to up country frequently
  • Exposure to other cross functional area
  • Experience in SAP system
