Job Description

  • Design, align and implement functional procedures, contribute to and support cross-functional policies and procedures implementation;
  • Develop annual PT budget and periodical forecasting (PxF) in correlation with financial algorithm;
  • Identify, align and communicate annual functional goals and objectives(MWB’s);
  • Designing daily/weekly/monthly reporting system to monitor performance against set target
  • Lead functionaly and coordinate cross-functionally with Finance and Purchase departments conducting of annual/seasonal transportation tender to maintain PT service and cost at/above the targeted level;
  • Support strategic business management processes (iS&OP, Commercialization) by providing functional inputs (cost/service/leadtime) and general business case analisys for relevant operational initiatives, including business rationale, risk analisys and contingence planning;
  • Design, execute and monitor productivity projects, focused on continuous service and cost improvement via conducting regular audits and execution of various initiatives to achieve efficient business processes thru leveraging various software tools while supporintg cross functional partnership. Ensure project plans and milestones are established and achieved;
  • Develop PT function through explores and implements various global best practices, new initiatives
  • Team up with regional CS&L & PT management to define and communicate MWB priorities for available taskforce and ensure proper execution
  • Hold regular 1:1 and functional staff meetings to monitor actual performance against the set objectives. Set up and manage forums with regional teams to monitor deliverables, and provide direction and support where necessary to enable them to achieve their goals.
  • Oversee and ensure all transport related operations comply with local rules and regulations for all applicable environmental, health, safety, and other regulatory bodies;
  • Ensure overall operations are in strict compliance with PepsiCo Code of Conduct and Local Regulatory requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 3+ years of managerial experience in Supply Chain function
  • Successful track record with an international company, preferably FMCG
  • University Degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Technical or equivalent
  • Leadership. Strong people management skills. A mature individual who makes immediate impact and gains trust
  • Self-motivated, energetic, proactive in his/her attitude to business. Focused, determined to succeed and contribute to team success. High level of personal integrity
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent team-working, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, meet tough deadlines and deliver results
