Job Description

PepsiCo Benelux is looking for a fantastic individual to join the team and build on our digital business presence. As part of the Digital Acceleration team, you’ll handle key accounts in the Away from Home (AFH) segment. You will also drive new go-to-market models for PepsiCo Benelux, by for example partnering with new platforms. The role combines commercial focus to drive AFH online sales with entrepreneurship in experimenting with new Go To Market models in the AFH space. Here you will also get the opportunity to set the direction in what we need to know from possible data leading partners. Translating data and insights obtained from our partners and translating these into actionable insights towards our category teams, (shopper) marketing, sales, and all other relevant partners, as well as lifting & shifting internationally.

Customer focus

You will be in charge for setting up, in close collaboration with the Head of eCommerce and other relevant colleagues, the short term / long term customer & partner development initiatives. You will be in the lead both internally and towards key customers/partners. You will also work closely together with the Benelux Sales teams and collaborate with your international eCommerce peers.

Qualifications/Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Masters Degree
  • Fluent in Dutch/English
  • Solid digital trading experience, understanding the commercial levers to drive performance (Range, Price, Experience, Marketing)
  • Experience handling customer relationships with multiple internal & external parties
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial approach to deliver in the right way for PepsiCo
  • Shown ability to translate data into insights and actions
  • Solid commercial acumen to manage both our internal operational agenda & strategic growth objectives
  • Confidence to lead and direct discussion across all levels of an organization (leadership, sales, operations)
