Job Description

This role will interact closely with other Treasury team members including the Cash Operations and International functions and other Corporate Finance functions, including Corporate Control and Tax as well as external banking partners. This position reports to Treasury Senior Director, Capital Markets and is responsible to:

  • Develop and execute strategies in relation to short term borrowing (Commercial Paper issuance) and investment of excess cash
  • Manage all aspects related to issuance of Commercial Paper (CP) and Cash Investments in compliance with Treasury policies
  • Publish daily and periodic position reports to senior management
  • Develop and present the global bank and investment counterparty risk exposures to Investment Risk Committee
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and Operations controls and other regulatory requirements impacting CP issuance and cash investments
  • Monitor financial markets and adjust strategic asset allocation and add new short-term investments/products to the portfolio if required
  • Conduct investment research using qualitative and quantitative measures for introducing new investment counterparties
  • Support Corporate Control/Accounting/Audit in quarter-end close activities
  • Manage and guide Treasury Analyst on the Cash Investments Desk
  • Manage any ad hoc projects in relation to investment desk


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting (MBA/CPA preferred)
  • 5+ years of finance experience in Corporate Treasury/Finance function, Banking or Financial consulting
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA /CPA preferred
  • Drive for results and management of multiple priorities
  • Team oriented and track record of collaborating with cross- functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and excellent Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of Bloomberg, Quantum, ReVal or Hyperion Financial Management will be a plus
