The role could also entail Strategy, Planning, Customer Management, Field Communication / Support for Execution Team and Team management

Qualifications/Requirements

University Graduate
• Demonstrated functional expertise with FMCG Company for a minimum of 6-8 years of sales field experience
• Strong verbal and written communication as well as facilitation skills
• Strong Negotiation, Relationship building skills and ability to influence
• Experience in Category Management Projects
• Proven results in successfully leading large sales teams
