Job Description

  • Ensure smooth execution of the Sustainable Sourcing Programme (SSP) through intervention and support between third party service provider, Global SSP Director and Purchasing managers as requested
  • Lead the SSP reporting to GPE, highlighting required actions and support
  • Build a database for effective management of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) data at sector level, consolidating information reported in different formats, structures and levels of granularity
  • Ensure accurate and updated Programme documentation in Intranet
  • Apply Global Control Standards in the processes under his/her accountability, comply with GP Policy and other applicable policies as periodically updated and communicated, and ensure correct execution and documentation of controls
This is a temporary contract for a period of 4 month (Jan-April 2019).


  • High proficiency on excel & database experience is key
  • Strong analytical capability: Accurately work with multiple, sometimes inconsistent & poor-quality sources to interpret & improve integrity of data to report insights to PMs, directors to drive action
  • Proven strength in process management, especially given poor tools currently available
  • Strong, flexible interpersonal skills so that can use insights to influence others’ priorities (verbally, through written reports, presentations etc.), escalate for action & build networks
  • Ability to self-motivate, prioritize own work & juggle requests from multiple stakeholders
  • Strong drive for results
  • Executive maturity in dealing with very sensitive issues (e.g. brand risk) in / outside our organization.
  • Ability to learn & reflect on actions taken to shape future ones
  • Fluent in English (written, oral), with any other European language beneficial
