Job Description

  • Support the Plant Director and Dallas Leadership Team in a professional, confidential, and organized manner
  • Maintain high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material on a daily basis
  • Responsible for Hourly Job Bidding Process:
    • Must be aware of all hourly job vacancies in all departments
    • Post, remove, and award job bids in a timely manner and within the time limits prescribed by the Collective Bargaining Agreement
    • Maintain Job Bidding Log and Awards, including applicant details, denials, acceptances, etc.
    • Coordinate interviews for the necessary frontline positions
  • Communicate all hourly job moves/changes to Payroll
  • Maintain Attendance Log and prepare attendance disciplines in accordance with the Dallas Gatorade Attendance Policy
  • Maintain location seniority list for frontline employees
  • Maintain employee evaluation process; track and follow up on any outstanding new employee evaluations
  • Organize/maintain department files, both electronic and hard copy
  • Submit Employee Personnel Files information to HR Coordinator; maintain files in accordance with OFCCP guidelines
  • Responsible for communicating and sending out employee communications at the plant level
  • Responsible for planning and execution of employee events/meetings
  • Support new hire orientation and onboarding
  • Order supplies for plant as needed including PPE and necessary office supplies
  • Other duties as assigned by Management

Production Services Coordinator must have a working knowledge in:
  • SAP ordering program
  • Microsoft Word, Excel , PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Kronos


  • 2 year Business or Technical degree required; 4 year Business or Technical degree preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work directly with several departments (QA, Warehouse, Production, Payroll, HR, etc.)
  • Ability to prioritize work in fast paced environment and the ability to adjust quickly
  • Ability to work proficiently and calmly in high pressure situations
  • Respects and values differences, acts with integrity and operates with justice
