Job Description

PepsiCo is looking for a Sales Finance Analyst in our HQ in Utrecht. Within this role you provide collaborative financial and analytical support to the Superunie sales team. You do so in order to build and deliver the annual net revenue plans and develop the annual “joint business plans” with our customers. You lead the period end process for Net Revenue for Superunie, including the performance of sales promotions. You ensure the sales uplifts and return on investments are accurately recorded. You also lead the periodic reporting and explanation of Superunie performance to the Sales team, including post deal evaluation, category performance and lessons for future activities.

In this role it's key to see unique connections in data, events and trends to anticipate business concerns or opportunities and bring them forward. You take a lead role in planning activities required to solve any gaps to our internal targets. You lead the objective and impartial revenue forecasting of Superunie topline including base, innovation and promotional forecasts as part of the IS&OP process. You will also take care of the sign-off process for new annual trade terms budgets and New Product Developments ensuring fully alignment with customer Joint Business Plans.

In order to be successful in this role you will support Commercial Business Partner in the cooperation with the sales team to optimize profitability and cost structure of each channel/category.

Qualifications/Requirements

Key skills and experience required
  • Minimum 5 years of Financial business partnering experience in a commercial environment
  • Experience in gaining insights of key business drivers to propose and execute action plans to close forecast gaps
  • Used to implement and monitor internal controls and processes to stay in sync with financial requirements
  • Able to focus on critical issues and obstacles and work to resolve them considering both short- and long-term implications
  • Able to quickly analyses complex problems to find actionable, pragmatic solutions
