Part time Team Administrator - 6M FTC
We have a requirement for a motivated, professional and confident Administrative Assistant to join our Future Brands Team based out of our Head Office, located in Reading on a part time basis – 20 hours per week (4 hours per day). This position is a 6 month Fixed term contract with a January 2nd start date.

The new Future Brands BU is an integrated team that seeds and expands brands for growth. It is a standalone team that subcontracts country BU/external partners as needed. The team is characterized as a “test vehicle” for ESSA in terms of brand building and digital activation and requires a blend of experienced capability with fresh, entrepreneurial thinking.
This new division will be responsible not only for the trading of new innovative brands and product but to shape the PepsiCo portfolio of the future enabling us to create niche brands and experience to highly relevant brands which sit on the high street on our customer shelves
The right candidate will be highly organised and able to manage multiple requests from various stakeholders throughout the Future Brands team. They will have the ability to stay calm under pressure and keep up in a fast-paced office environment with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and get involved! This is a busy role; the successful candidate will need to think on their feet with the ability to plan and effectively prioritise work load.
Reporting in to the Personal Assistant to the Senior Director of Commercial and Future Brands, this role will allow the autonomy to define best practices and processes and includes the flexibility to work remotely.
Future Brands Administrator– Responsibilities will include:
This is a vital responsibility within Future Brands, responding to sample requests from the General Managers, who are located throughout Europe. Requirements include sourcing new products from various locations, communicating with warehouse employees, shipping services and customs; ensuring a timely delivery to conferences, customer events and meetings.
Future Brands Support
You will be an essential point of contact for the Future Brands General Managers (GM’s) and the extended FB team; to coordinate and support various product launches, customer meetings and conferences to showcase brand new products.
Future Brands manage the Sales and Marketing for new PepsiCo products, your duties will include problem solving to enable product launches, conferences and workshops kick-off with samples of brand-new products to potential customers. Some events may be overseas and include many different customers, and other businesses.
You will use your IT skills across a portfolio of IT tools and systems. Tasks include the raising of Purchase Orders, completion of sample order forms, calendar invitations and so on.

- Previous experience in a busy environment / working in a large corporate environment would be very helpful
