Job Description

Market execution

· Meets the numeric distribution objective (number of outlets to sell PepsiCo products)
· Monitors merchandising at client’s location
· Ensures proper administration of coolers and all company’s goods
· Ensures execution of Trade Marketing promotions
· Respects contract for CDA accounts
· Prepares action plans for poor execution
· Builds positive relationships with clients
Sales Process
· Improvement and proper application of execution standards
· Responsible for volumes/meeting weekly, monthly, annual target – AOP, in allotted area
· Estimates sales throughout the area on all sales channels together with his team and his direct superior
Team management
· Sets clear priorities for the team members/ dedicated team and ensures execution standards
· Sets performance objectives for the team and communicates clearly expectations and role
· Evaluates performances, offers accurate and timely feedback, offers documentation for all possible problems
· Complies with and applies internal development tools
· Ensures support for success – attends important negotiations and answers clients’ challenges
· Minimizes turnover and over time


· University degree
· Advanced PC skills
· English knowledge (conversational level)
