Job Description

The PepsiCo Global R&D Team is seeking a highly skilled and talented part-time Administrative Assistant intern. The position is located in Valhalla, NY and is responsible for providing administrative support to the Program Management team (20 hrs/week).

Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain calendars, schedule and organize meetings across multiple time zones
  • Ability to work on confidential projects and matters with minimal direction and an appropriate sense of urgency
  • Coordinating travel arrangements (domestic and international) which includes the preparation of visa travel documents, as warranted
  • Coordinate and plan staff meetings and other team gatherings
  • Preparing and reconciling T&E reports in Concur and P-Card as appropriate
  • Organizing, maintaining and procuring office supplies
  • Manage, update and organize team documents, records, mail and correspondence
  • Managing team projects as assigned
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and assignments



  • Currently enrolled full time/part time in Undergraduate or Graduate School (will only consider current students
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Must be highly organized, pay close attention to details and proactively follow-up
  • Ability to anticipate needs and issues and act accordingly in addition to exhibiting good judgment
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must have strong interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Must display professional maturity and ability to support and interact with all levels of management
  • Proficiency in the use of office equipment such as computer, voice messaging and digital multi-functional devices (fax/copies/scanner/printer)
