Job Description

Joining our Regional HR team you will have a real impact on our internal communication and culture & engagement agenda across CEGB (Central Europe and Greater Balkans) region.

In particular You will:

  • Build strategies and initiatives aiming at continuous improvement of employee engagement, satisfaction and building PepsiCo a great place to work
  • Build employee communication channels and content scheme to inform, engage and build trust
  • Recommend and / or customize culture & engagement initiatives based on organizational health survey results and other insights to further build company culture and employee engagement
  • Recommend diversity & inclusion (D&I) agenda and support its delivery across the region by including different diverse cohorts and redesigning process to remove bias
  • Build CEGB pride award system and coordinate pan-CEGB awards nominations
  • Cooperate closely with sector centre of excellence to ensure deployment of initiatives and tools across region and partner in day to day contacts and topics, whenever needed
  • Build capabilities and align agenda for CEGB employee communication, culture and engagement team
  • Collaborate with HR business partners across CEGB region to maximize local impact and ensure local relevance.

Qualifications/Requirements

If You have:

  • University Degree
  • English proficiency
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience in FMCG or similar organizations, including min 5 years in various OMD roles
  • Very strong project management skills
  • Solid experience in dealing with culturally diverse and matrix environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong in setting, aligning and motivating teams around common visions and goals
  • Good analytical skills
  • Experience in managing people, also without direct authority
