Risk and Compliance Senior Analyst
This role is responsible for assisting with the execution of Disaster Recovery for the LATAM sector and its associated markets. The assistant lead will serve as a liaison with the IT application and infrastructure teams to ensure DR enrollment and methodologies are being implemented.

Main Purpose

• Supports relationship activities with LATAM application and infrastructure teams.
• Supports the setup and completion of the Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
• Guides and monitors the applications teams in the development of DR plans.
• Coordinates DR Exercises in conjunction with IT Operations/HCL.
• Supports the assignment and closure of DR exercise issues, in conjunction with appropriate Infrastructure and Application support teams.
• Prepares evidence required for operational control testing.
• Supports the IT components of field site business continuity planning.
• Identifies and recommends overall Global DR Governance process improvement opportunities.
• Supports Internal Audit or DR Risk Register remediation activities applicable to the LATAM Sector.
• Promotes disaster recovery awareness for IT resources within the LATAM Sector.
• Ensures the utilization of the enterprise Disaster Recovery repository (Archer BCMS) for DR plans, BIAs and DR exercises.
• Special projects/initiatives as assigned.

Experience and profile
• 5+ years of experience in disaster recovery or related fields.
• Strong Spanish and English verbal/written communications. Must be able to interface and coordinate work efficiently and effectively with IT teams in remote locations.
• Technically conversant in infrastructure recovery, network connectivity and storage restoration.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Strong administrative skills, with effectiveness in developing tasks and managing resources to achieve target dates.
• Able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and deliver results.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Must be a productive team player – especially during crisis times.
• Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and Project).
• Familiar with IT Service Management/ITIL framework and processes.
• Familiar with the use of ServiceNow.
