Job Description

  1. Design and implement the annual Organised Trade Marketing Calendar to achieve business and brand objectives

Support the development and implementation the Way-To-Market (W2M) of new product launches or relaunches and support Commercial Strategic plan must-win battles through instore activation programs
Prepare monthly promo directions & ensure Mktg/Sales alignment
Present trade marketing initiatives & promo effectiveness in monthly Sales Meetings
  1. Support the design & evaluation of Annual Value Calendar
Propose promotional pack solutions to meet Shopper needs, address occasions and hit key price points
Perform promo Post–evaluation (share of market effectiveness) and propose corrective actions regularly
Monitor Consumer Discretionary budget (brand/pack /promo) & forecast for Balance of year on a monthly basis.
Closely monitor competitor’s promo/pricing & in store activation
Properly Align with sales & supply chain dpt. through iS&OP process to ensure timely production & roll out of promo sku’s in market
Coordinate promo volume allocation per Senior Key Account Manager & District Manager
  1. Lead process of design & implementation of all instore brand visibility projects, including tools & p.o.p material to support tailor made initiatives.
Brief agencies for the design and development of any type of communication tool (e.g. p.o.p material, secondary visibility tools) to support Brand Calendar and Customer tailor made activities instore activation programs. Lead the plan implementation
Applies shopper knowledge / insights and in- store effectiveness data to p.o.p choices for customer events
Develop perfect store plans, secondary displays & rack placement per category, per store type
Evaluate current in store visibility tools & propose corrective actions or new tools as appropriate
Coordinate the purchase & distribution of sales tools & p.o.p material to timely support Sales Dpt
Owns and updates the instore databases (images of products/premiums, templates, customer and brand logos, final customer artworks, budget tracking, agencies scorecard)
Uses and follows CPS
  1. Allocate and control the annual Organised Trade Marketing Budget
Propose budget allocation per brand /initiative & maximize spending effectiveness.
Monitor budget & reconciliate on a monthly basis.
  1. Provide promo plan forecast to ensure product availability & consumer discretionary estimation rates on a weekly basis
