Job Description
The AFH KAM will manage AFH channel in order to implement commercial strategies and achieve sales objectives, execute key programs for brands and channels and strategic deals closing. Key responsibilities will include driving business growth and development for beverage business by managing and follow up of sales initiatives and programs that guarantee the achievement of the AOP objectives in AFH channel for beverages FOBO and COBO.
The AFH KAM will be fully involved in the definition of plans for the development of sales, promotions and in-store activation activities in order to boost our business among current and prospective key customers. The role will also lead account management and execution, bottler day-to-day relationship and “Best Practice Tools/Capabilities” deployment to grow net revenue by understanding and meeting customers’ and consumers’ needs.
He or she may also support the Franchise Managers and MKT Managers in brand strategies and activations.
Business Strategy Development and Alignment Process with Bottler in Brazil and Kerococo

Co-thinking and development of Franchise’s AOPs
Tracking and feedback of the AFH strategic plans based on relevant business insights.
Implement alignment process with KA to guarantee agreement’s counterparts
2. Global and Key Accounts Management

Lead contract renewal processes with key accounts in region, assuring alignment with local bottler.
Align yearly plans for these accounts with customers’ key counterparts
Ensure proper brand execution and calendar fulfillment
Be day-to-day PEP Bev Brands spokeperson within key accounts
3. Trade and Channel Development

Lead and follow up of Franchise’s specific initiatives with our Bottler and FS key accounts.
Establish relationships directly with customers in order to execute plans and strategies for our brands.
Control the development of effective commercial calendar architecture and execution, to assure in store activation and sales standards for key customers.
Control annual budgets jointly with bottlers’ teams
4. Marketing Strategy Development and Execution

Develop and execute MU’s AOP and strategic plans for both channels to ensure total alignment between Marketing calendar and Sales initiatives
5. Support Franchise Managers and MKT Managers

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelors degree as a must
MBA degree as nice to have
English as a second language - Spanish is nice to have
Strong Team Work capabilities
Clear Strategic Thinking and Planning skills, capable to abstract and focus on relevant information and facts from a wide range of issues
Basic finance and production concepts
