Role&Accountabilities:
- Work closely with Category Marketing teams, to identify the key digital journey measurements for campaigns
- Partner with Category and Media team to set up campaign KPIs and track post campaign measurement
- Able to work within our ecosystem across different channels online/offline and external partner platforms
- Able to provide x-3rd party platform holistic view of consumer journey and measurement
- Conduct deep dive campaign analysis to identify the key success factors and summarize learnings to business recommendations
- Able to work with Ecommerce and marketing teams to link front end digital media performance to backend consumer journey optimization
- Able to work with Media team to provide consumer insights for optimal media placement strategy and implementation plan

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements:
- Strong SQL skills, experience working in an HDFS environment (Hive, Impala, or similar) preferred
- Strong web analytics skills, experienced with Omniture, Google Analytics
- Familiar with R, Python, or similar statistical software language
- Data analytics experience and skills
- Strong Excel and PPT skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
