Job Description

The objective of this position is to take back the management of the brand by the bottler and support brand's leadership team on the marketing agenda for next years together there LAB team and the bottler. Gatorade’s BMA main responsabilities are brand’s communication and innovation agenda deployment. The brand Manager is also accountable for daily follow up of brand performance both in terms of business (volume, share, NOPBT) and brand KPIs.

Responsible for the development of Gatorade yearly multimedia communication calendar
Responsible for delivering brand’s innovation agenda
Lead creative agencies network in order to develop and/or adapt campaigns
Execute specific plans according to AOP: promotions, limited editions, ATL & BTL communication, among others
Responsible of the development and implementation of brand’s in-store agenda together with Franchise team
Accomplish continuous alignment of marketing programs with Bottler’s marketing Gatorade team
Monitor, review and report all competitors activities.
Coordinate a flawless follow up while maintaining clear feedback with advertising agency and media planning/community management agency
Guarantee alignment with internal areas: Sales Team, Finance, Operations, etc.
Design, align and implement Marketing Calendar
Execute aligned Brand Architecture guidelines
Proactively analyze data (sales, market, execution, competition, CTS, Home Panel, Retail data, etc.), leading to actionable business growth opportunities.
Control and track A&M spend, Have budget control internal meetings to align spending
Lead Gatorade consumer research initiatives.
Coordinate brand performance (sales, share, regions) and monthly report
Support Trade Marketing Team on the development of brand activities and materials (such as incentives, POP materials, displays, promotions, etc)

Qualifications/Requirements

Marketing experience (PepsiCo / top companies).
Brand management experience.
Project management experience.
Development & execution of promotions experience.
Knowledge and dominance of all marketing drivers (prod development, adv, media, promotions and trade)
ADV & PR agency interaction expertise
Adaptability to work within a flexible and innovative culture.
Active practice of sports is a plus.
