Job Description

Duties:

SPEAK UP(INTERNAL HOT LINE) PROCESS SUPPORT:

  • Evaluation of new cases together with the Compliance Director; further distribution of cases to the designated investigator(s); record cases in Case Management System
  • Review of closing reports for HR-related Routine cases with a view to improving the quality thereof and consultation on investigation steps
  • Closure of Speak Up cases in the Case Management System
  • Coordinating and facilitating case investigations, including monitoring of the timeframes of investigations and delivery of closing reports
  • Monitoring of the implementation of remedial actions with regard to PSV cases and Routine cases in connection with which termination was recommended

CONTROL ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE SUPPORT:

∙ Preparation of decks for CEC meetings, including analysis

∙ Preparation and distribution of CEC meeting minutes

∙ Scheduling of CEC meetings.

NEW PROCESSES ROLL OUT SUPPORT:

∙ Participation in the design and implementation of new processes

∙ Preparation of training materials and scheduling and organization of training sessions, including proper documentation of training sessions and reporting in C&E records

∙ Delivering of trainings to the employees on compliance issues (TPDD, Speak Up)

REPORTING:

  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly compliance reports (ppt decks)
  • Preparation of Monthly Region Scorecard
  • Preparation of reports on ad hoc requests

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT OF THE DEPARTMENT (TRAININGS, ARCHIVING):

  • Day-to-day maintenance of Speak Up Excel tracker
  • Archiving of Department’s documentation (e.g., TPDD documentation, responses on the implementation of remedial actions)
  • Support with regard to scheduling of business travel and expense report

PARTICIPATION IN COMPLIANCE PROJECTS

  • Support of Culture of Integrity project, including preparation of decks for Business Leaders and the RUBUCCA CEC
  • Performance of root cause analysis and identification of potential gaps/improvements in compliance with PepsiCo Values and Code of Conduct.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Higher education (Legal, Finance)
  • advanced English
  • at least 2 years’ experience in Audit, Forensic, Legal, Internal control or Compliance.
  • Master in MS office (Excel advanced).
