Job Description

Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:

  • Count all currency utilizing coin sorter and bill counter; lifting up to 40lbs.
  • Process route checks through online scanner
  • Reconcile route activity
  • Create deposit documentation for armored car service pick up
  • Pull previous end of day cashiering paperwork from the file room and submit to AR as requested
  • Manage all ordering of coin and deliveries from Loomis
  • Be proficient with payroll processing via Kronos and SAP
  • Potentially perform New Hire Orientation if needed
  • Perform general administrative support work such as running reports, copying, filing, faxing, creating presentations, etc
  • Perform general support to the location management team
  • Be adequately proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Maintain and update employee boards
  • Schedule and conduct Orientation for all new hire candidates
  • Process bills for location and Management team
  • Oversee donation and free goods requests process from start to finish
  • Maintain and order office supplies
  • Able to perform moderate physical labor (i.e. lift up to 40lbs, being able to maneuver stairs and a warehouse environment)
  • Inventory management through the warehouse/driver “check-in/check-out” process
  • Coordinate on-site and off-site large departmental meetings and events
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and pleasant manner
  • Interacting with customers in person in a professional and pleasant manner
  • Resolve issues and respond to routine inquiries or requests for additional information as needed and redirect to appropriate parties
  • Maintain and update distribution and contact lists
  • Manage various Full Service Vending processes
  • Highly adaptable and able to prioritize daily work against ever changing retail business needs
  • Flexible and dependable (i.e. ability to work holidays and OT) upon request
  • Builds and demonstrates a team atmosphere
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by direct supervisor and/or local management

Qualifications/Requirements

2+ years’ experience Admin Support Consumer Goods Company preferred
Bachelor Degree preferred
Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel
Ability to become proficient in multiple internal and external applications
Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking - Strong sense of urgency
Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills — Discretion with sensitive information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requires creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Respects & values differences, acts with integrity, and operates with justice
