Role:
- Responsible for all foods service customer management and development for GSG/GNG categories?
- Work with PO1 OP team to manage/develop GSG/GNG business in global customers(YUM/Burger King/Subway/Disney)
- Lead the new customer bidding & new business development in Food Service channel through close work with cross function team

Accountabilities:
- Lead AFH team to develop the channel strategy and deliver AOP target
- Work with PO1 OP team to develop top account AOP with the solid alignment with cross function team especially Marketing, R&D and Finance team?
- Develop JBP joint business plan (GSG/GNG) and align with top customers for Growth and Incidence, especially on annual marketing calendar and innovation plan?
- Work with marketing team, R&D team, Insight team for new business development especially the target customers in CVS, Eatery and Cinema Channel?
- Work closely with MU/RCD and KA Team to manage foods service business for GSG/GNG categories
- Build functional expertise and share FS knowledge with related parties, MU, KA, RCD, Ops, category team, R&D etc.

- Profitability

Working Relationships:
Internal:
- Reports to MTD directly
- Work closely with GTM, KAM, Field Sales, Finance/CSSC, Trade Marketing, PO1, R&D and Supply Chain team
External:
- Buyer/Merchandiser from Key Account
- Supply chain team from key Account

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements:
– Literacy in both spoken & written Chinese is a must? Good command of English?
– Bachelor’s degree and above? 5 to 8 years working experience in OP channel, prefer in FMCG companies?
– Strong passion to win and strong initiative & following up spirit?
– Strong communication skill and team work spirit.
– Good Knowledge of relevant processes and systems set up and optimization (Sales, Distribution and Marketing)
– Good knowledge of Consumer Insights/Market research
