Job Description

The R&D Processes, Systems and Information (PSI) team is looking for a dynamic Project Senior Analyst to provide outstanding customer, technical, project management, documentation and communications support for an ongoing global transformation effort. In support of this effort, this role will be critical in maintaining structure and clarity for complex streams of work with different groups of stakeholders as they evolve through the project lifecycle methodology.

Job Duties:

  • Central coordination of activities between key program/project stakeholders (e.g. Program/Project Management, Workstream Leads including Data Prep and Testing, Vendor(s), Regional Resources)
  • Manage project to plan by providing guidance, direction and status to resources where needed:
  • Drive day-to-day program and project activities in support of meeting deliverables
  • Provide general administrative, status reporting and project coordination support in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Ensure clear communications across stakeholders in support of meeting deliverables
  • Serve as liaison across stakeholder groups to eliminate ambiguity and drive to clarity of deliverables, ownership, deadlines and dependencies
  • Manage escalations in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with Project Management resources to ensure clarity of plan and consistency with execution of plan for critical transformation work stream
  • Provide first line of defense for risk and issue remediation through creative problem solving in collaboration with key stakeholder groups
  • Ensure all R&D project related documentation is complete and accurate
  • Partner effectively with leads to streamline approaches to meeting deliverables as well as eliminating unnecessary duplication or overlap of activities
  • Maintain customer first mindset by providing suggestions and/or alternatives targeted at enhancing user experience while streamlining ongoing support processes after delivery
  • Actively support regional change leads and program change management resources in understanding/documenting change impact, drafting clear communications and helping provide overall support for change related activities

Qualifications/Requirements

  • BS degree in Science discipline or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
  • 4+ years’ experience in Project Management; preferably within food and beverage industry or Research & Development
  • Full Life Cycle project management experience - PMI Certification a plus
  • A year or more of global project experience required
  • Familiarity with business process mapping & documentation
  • Motivated collaborator who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic global environment
  • Demonstrated track record of taking initiative in increasingly challenging roles outside your comfort zone
  • Ability to navigate work through a globally matrixed environment by gaining trust, acting with integrity and leveraging your influence through solid relationships
  • Innate ability to tailor communications and information (summarize or decompose) to specific stakeholder groups Outstanding leadership, teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional project management experience and proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple project initiatives to meet business objectives
  • Ability to provide strategic and technical thought leadership to positively influence at all levels of the organization
  • Global curiosity and willingness to flex style across work groups/individuals
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to drive to clarity through actions and ownership
  • High sense of urgency to drive self and teams to hit dates and always deliver with quality
  • Change management expertise with demonstrated experience managing change in a large organization
