Sales Strategy LatAm Manager
Main Purpose –

This role builds and implements an advantaged Sales system through execution of strategic and tactical plans by leveraging the emerging trends through a highly committed set of business partners.
This role coordinates the right alignment and integration of sales strategies and execution plans, including pricing, trade and segmentation aligned to the service and distribution systems and GTM management.

Main Accountabilities –
  • Collaborates on strategies and tactics to achieve targeted goals within Sales Teams
  • Cultivates an active network, proactively builds and maintains relationships to promote emerging brand objectives
  • Conducts review of sales systems and processes in indirect distribution and drives standardization as well as optimization through best practice sharing and building capability
  • Ensures achievement of the targeted incremental benefits from the GTM transformation
  • Manages the communication of customer knowledge, ensuring that best practices, key drivers, changes in customer environment and post-game analysis are completed and communicated within the organization to key stakeholders
  • Works with Capability Building Team to identify capability gaps and build programs to close gaps
  • Works with Supply Chain to align GTM and new projects
  • Identifies future trends / tools and capabilities for the sales continuous evolution.
  • Works closely with internal PepsiCo local and global Teams and the customer to ensure execution standards and sales targets are met.
Experience and profile –
  • Professional / Bachelor’s degree / MBA a plus
  • 5 years’ experience
  • English: fluent professional
  • Strong sales background
  • Strong Go to Market background
  • Ability to source, mine and qualify accurate sales and cost data through a variety of interfaces
  • Ability to lead and influence internally & externally, across divisions and functions - at all levels of the
  • Organization
  • Ability to understand complex business drivers, develop metrics, analyze and implement improvements
  • Strong communication skills, written and oral
  • Strong influencing skills and proven credibility in the system is a plus.
  • Results oriented with robust planning and follow up skills
*The position is open-based across LATAM.
