- Renovation Agenda Setting for EER markets
Set Renovation agenda for Juice products in the EER markets based on business long-term PwP strategy, consumer data analysis and feasibility assessment focusing on developing sustainable healthy products with reduced sugar in cooperation with Global D&A team and regional commercial functions.
- Renovation Agenda Delivery
Lead regional Renovation projects execution from idea to launch for EER markets, secure nessesary resourses, leverage global expertise and lift & adapt opportunities. Maintain cross-categories coordination within R&D team to guarantee specific technical experts’ support for each project & 100% TSG compliance.
- Study and research
Lead technical evaluation of new global ingredients and technologies for EE F&V portfolio. Coordinate local regulatory assessment of new tools for local viability. Create and execute research programs to deliver technical solutions to improve the nutritional profile of products, leverage strong expertise in food chemistry and ingredient functionality.Collect and maintain updated information about available tools for sugar reduction in juice products and current EE F&V portfolio: structure, product and consumer insight, RM sourcing, regulatory requirements. Together with Product Insight team organize necessary consumer and product researches, arrange sensory and laboratory analyses to support development process. Maintain in-depth study and sustainable knowledge of existing F&V products, designs and platforms for successful reapplication in other countries.
- Product development and reapplication within Renovation projects
Lead necessary development / reapplication work to achieve project objectives: develop / adapt product recipes followed by proper validation, select cost-effective RM and ingredients available for specific market, assess technology capabilities and suggest technical solutions, run industrial trials, prepare product documentation in compliance with local regulatory and PepsiCo requirements.
Implement and support regular reporting on NPD performance, TSG compliance, Product Sustainability tracking to provide information on delivering Renovation projects as a part of general R&D Nutrition report with sharing purpose across R&D global community and European Business. Coordinate key alignment & communication venues for the EER region to R&D leadership team.
- Internal and External communication and interfaces
Establish business cross-functional relationships within the Company with specific focus on EER markets to get timely support required to achieve goals, develop effective cooperation with Global innovation team to provide project support, maintain regular cooperation within European & Global R&D network to exchange best practices and experience. Build effective relationships with external interfaces: suppliers, flavor houses, research centers to deliver best possible product solutions.
- Higher degree in Foods / Chemistry / Microbiology / Engineering
- Work experience more then 5 years in FMCG / Foods company
- Fluent English
- Analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data and distil into useful and actionable information
- Project management skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Presentation skills (written & verbal).
- Cultural sensitivity/flexibility in responding to different cultures.
- Basic finance analysis, business case development and execution, contracting.
