Job Description

The Talent Management & Organization Development (TMOD) Associate Manager will work within the Corporate/GFGC Talent Management team to coordinate and execute initiatives to build organizational capability; enhance organization effectiveness and build talent bench strength. They will be involved in a range of projects in areas including: leadership and HIPO development, workforce analytics, succession planning, and interventions to improve department and team dynamics. Key customers/business clients include: Global Finance, Sector Talent Management Teams, and HR COEs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Interacting with senior level clients and HRBPs to drive the talent management agenda
  • Partner with HRBPs to understand business clients’ needs and provides value-add actionable solutions, tools and resources to HRBPs and business clients in various Org Management, People Development, Assessment and Performance areas
  • Oversee and provide guidance in the development of Talent Analytics capability within the Global Category teams to ensure detailed and data driven people planning as well as smarter talent based decision across the global categories
  • Measure, track, and analyze key OD initiatives – including capability and development programs, Career Model selections, and competency ratings
  • Assist in delivery of capability and development programs including program design and development, event planning, and communications
  • Lead the creation of programs/mechanisms to measure the success of TMOD projects and initiatives’ overall impact on the Global Category Teams
  • Manage talent accelerator initiatives (i.e., executive coaching; mentoring; rotational assignments); track & measure progress against these initiatives & collaborate with HR business partners to make recommendations and ensure sustainability
  • Support People Planning and ensure outcomes for the People Planning process which is an essential component of PepsiCo’s Talent Sustainability strategy where we identify, develop and move talent into key development assignments to gain critical experiences and aggressively build bench
  • Support the development on strong B2+ bench development
  • Enhance the junior talent pipeline to ensure we are preparing long term runway
  • Lead the analysis of PepsiCo-wide Organizational Health survey analysis to be shared with Category leadership, accurately compiling very sensitive and confidential data and generating insights
  • Manage Change Management projects / initiatives for clients
  • Conduct necessary research on various topics / items for client interventions
  • Support the design, development and execution of functional learning programs
  • Support execution, analysis, and management of PepsiCo Core Processes - 360 feedback system, Org Health survey data, Manager Quality surveys, PMP and other assessment projects
  • Liaise and coordinate with HR COEs to facilitate implementation of COE led initiatives with client groups
  • Lead the development, coordination, and distribution of employee communications and portal pages.
  • Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Additional duties as assigned


  • Graduate degree in organizational development, organizational psychology, HR, or MBA with relevant business and HR functional experience strongly preferred
  • 2-5 years of HR/OD experience
  • Effective Relationship Building Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Project Management experience
  • Detail oriented, self-starter and critical thinker with willingness to work on a variety of tasks and projects both independently and with team
